Minneapolis-based Knutson Construction has appointed Steve Ellis as its chief financial officer.
Ellis has served as interim CFO since the spring of 2022 and will across teams based in Knutson’s Minnesota offices in Minneapolis, Rochester and Mankato, as well as Knutson’s offices in Iowa City and Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Ellis has deep experience in finance, holding both CFO and CEO roles with companies based in the United States, U.K. and Ireland. His most recent position prior to Knutson Construction was as CFO for Regent Holding Company, a private global home products distributor and manufacturer.
Ellis also served as CEO of Automated Solutions in North Carolina, a protective packaging and construction products manufacturer.
