Minneapolis’ Knutson Construction promotes four executives

Minneapolis-based Knutson Construction has promoted four key executives, naming John Curry as chief executive officer, Brendan Moore as president, Tom Leimer as senior vice president and general manager and Scott Hughes as vice president and general manager.

Curry moved from the role of president to his new position. He joined Knutson in 2015 after a career in professional hockey that included time with the Minnesota Wild and Pittsburgh Penquins organizations.

Moore joined Knutson in 2017 and was previously vice president and general manager of the company’s Twin Cities Metro and Iowa markets.

Leimer is expanding his leadership role as senior vice president and general manager to include Iowa City and Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He has worked with Knutson’s Rochester office for more than 15 years.

Hughes joined Knutson in 2015 and is being promoted to vice president and general manager of the Twin Cities metro area market.
