Minneapolis-based Kraus-Anderson Development Company has hired commercial investment specialist Mark McLane as director of real estate.
McLane was the owner and partner of Apartment Brokers of Minnesota, Inc., a Twin Cities-based apartment and commercial property investment brokerage firm that focuses in the acquisition and disposition of properties for institutional and private capital clients.
Some of McLane’s recent development consulting clients included Lennar Multifamily Communities, Chicago; Cardon Development Group, Scottsdale, Arizona; and Propco Capital Trust, Bloomington, Minnessota.
McLane also served in senior management positions for Gratus Development Partners, in Edina, Minnesota; MWF Properties, in Richfield, Minnesota; and Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services in Bloomington, Minnesota.
