Minneapolis-based Kraus-Anderson Construction Company recently started construction and deferred maintenance upgrades on several buildings for the River Falls (Wisconsin) School District. The architect is ATS&R Architects. The projects will be completed prior to the start of school this fall.
At Rocky Branch Elementary School Kraus-Anderson will perform mechanical, electrical and maintenance upgrades to 57,000 square feet of the property and will construct a new secure entrance.
At River Falls High School upgrades include a new energy management system and a new secure entrance and security system.
Kraus-Anderson will also install an emergency generator at the district office, construct an addition to the bus garage and remodel the garage’s break room.
