Minneapolis-based Monroe Moxness Berg PA added Matt Berner as a partner in the firm’s Business Litigation practice.
Berner represents clients in business, commercial, employment, construction and real estate litigation matters. He has deep experience representing clients in state and federal trial and appellate courts as well as at arbitration in multiple jurisdictions across the country.
Berner also provides counsel to employers on employment matters including employee hiring and termination; confidentiality/non-disclosure, non-compete/non-solicitation and severance agreements; employment policies, practices and handbooks; and addressing claims of discrimination, harassment and retaliation/reprisal before suit.
Berner earned his J.D. from Hamline University School of Law (now Mitchell Hamline School of Law) and his B.A. from the University of Minnesota.
