Drew Rafshol has joined the Minneapolis office of CBRE as an associate focused on private capital apartment sales.
At CBRE, Rafshol will focus on those multifamily investment sales between $1 million and $7 million within the Minnesota market. He will work with Keith Collins, Abe Appert and Ted Abramson. Together, the group has 70 years of combined commercial real estate experience, with significant practice representing local and institutional owners. The group has totaled more than $4.2 billion in sales in the last 5 years.
Rafshol joins CBRE from JLL, where he focused on capital market investment sales. He is a graduate of the Herberger School of Business at St. Cloud University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Studies.
