Matt Rauenhorst has been promoted to vice president while Phil Cattanach has been promoted to director of real estate development at Minneapolis’ Opus Development Company.
Rauenhorst has 11 years of experience in commercial real estate, joining Opus in 2008. He recently worked on such projects as The Station on Washington and Venue at Dinkytown.
Cattanach joined Opus in 2004. He has worked on some of Opus’ largest retail developments, and is currently leading the development of two master-planned business parks in Oakdale and Chaska, Minnesota.
