Troy Stutz has joined Minneapolis general contractor RJM Construction as project executive.
A 25-year industry veteran, Stutz is an experienced project manager specializing in pre-construction and construction planning, scheduling and estimating for healthcare facilities.
Most recently, he served as project manager for a local general contractor. He has managed projects such as Loma Linda University Medical Center Professional Office Building in Murrieta, Calif., and New River Medical Center in Monticello, Minn.
