The TEGRA Group in Minneapolis recently added two new professionals to its staff.
Nate Pearson is a new director, and will lead design and construction-team assembly, design-phase strategy, construction-project oversight and site due diligence. Pearson is a 20-year veteran of the construction industry. He previously worked at Anderson Companies, Mortenson Construction and Ryan Companies.
Connie Shields is a new project manager. She previously held executive project-management roles for Room & Board and United Health Group.
