Minnetonka, Minn.-based Opus Development Corporation was recently contracted to develop and build a 223,488-square-foot industrial warehouse for Maxzone Vehicle Lighting Corporation at the Oakview Corporate Park in West Dundee, Ill.
One of the largest build-to-suit industrial projects slated for Chicago in 2012, the new facility will include 3,000 square feet of office space, 20 truck docks, two drive-in doors and parking for employees and customers.
“We’re thrilled to have the opportunity to work with Maxzone to develop and construct this facility,” said Mike Yungerman, vice president of real estate development with Opus Development Corporation.
Eric Chang from US Asia Investment Group represented Maxzone, while Noel Liston from Darwin Realty represented Opus in the transaction.
