Carol Simons is the new director of health and well-being at Rochester, Minn.-based The Waters on Mayowood, a new 175-unit seniors housing community.
Simons will oversee all nursing care and services at the facility, which is expected to be completed by early February of 2015. Residents will begin to move in by March 1.
Simons has been a registered nurse and nurse administrator in the seniors housing industry for more than 15 years.
