A 38,000-square-foot headquarter renovation on behalf of Generation Brands was completed at 7400 Linder Avenue in Skokie, Illinois, according to an announcement from The Missner Group.
The two-phase project included 19,000-square-feet of office renovations and the build-out of a 19,000-square-foot show room. The remodel will include a build-out of private offices, conferencing facilities, corporate training room, a kitchen area, a modernized employee lounge area.
Missner’s Kent Nepras was the project manager and Scott Noellini served as the project superintendent. Dearborn Architects provided architectural services.
