Bottled Blonde, a pizzeria and beer garden out of Scottsdale, Arizona, is headed for the Midwest. The Missner Group‘s vice president of business development, Aldo Bottalla has recently secured a 10,000-square-foot project at 504 N. Wells Street in Chicago, where the group will be constructing the build-out of the new, high-end River North space.
Bottled Blonde is known for its open spaces, large capacity, outdoor bar, and extensive multi-media viewing options. Bottalla has worked closely with ownership for the past two years and secured the renovation project for the firm.
The Missner Group began construction last month. The project includes the demolition and reconstruction of the former Sushi Samba space and will feature multiple bars, event spaces and more than 20 HDTVs throughout.
The construction team for The Missner Group will be led by Bottalla, serving as the project executive, Robert Papineau, senior project manager and Angelo Christopher, site superintendent. D+K Architects is providing the architectural services.
Bottled Blonde will offer a contemporary Italian menu in a communal and neighborly setting in the heart of Chicago’s River North community. Construction is scheduled for completion in fall 2015, and the grand opening is expected to occur in the fourth quarter 2015.
