Construction is expected by begin in November, with an opening by May of 2018. Located adjacent to the Hampton Inn just east of I-49, the restaurant is expected to help attract additional retail activity to the 22-acre Cornerstone Pointe development. Local developer Steve Havens owns the property, which is being marketed by Lane4 Property Group and is master-planned for more than 90,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space.
