Clayton, Mo.-based Gershman Mortgage financed more than $141 million in multi-family deals during the fiscal third quarter.
Gershman provided funding for 15 loans, both refinances and new construction, in the states of Arkansas, Kansas, Illinois, Missouri, Nebraska and Wisconsin.
In September alone, Gershman refinanced four loans, including Magnolia Manor, an assisted-living facility in Piggott, Ark., which received $4.14 million in financing.
