ML Realty Partners has acquired 7542 N. Natchez Avenue, a fully leased industrial building in Niles, Illinois. The 45,052-square-foot building is occupied by Avery Dennison Corporation, a global materials science and manufacturing company. There were no brokers involved in the transaction.
“With this acquisition, we’re adding a very functional, fully leased building in the north suburbs with strategic access to the highway system and labor,” said Brendan Hill, acquisition director of ML Realty Partners. “This acquisition allows ML Realty Partners to add a quality property to our growing portfolio.”
