Patrick Shannon, senior vice president of ML Realty Partners, announced the acquisition of an industrial building at 701 Devon Avenue in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. The building is 218,000 square feet and features heavy power, 16 exterior docks and 24-foot clear height.
“This is an excellent fully leased facility in the O’Hare submarket,” said Shannon. “The property’s DuPage County location and access to the new I-390 Corridor makes it an excellent long-term asset for ML Realty Partners.”
