ML Realty Partners announced that American Tire Distributors Inc. has extended its 233,669 square foot lease at 9450 Sergo Drive in McCook, Illinois.
“We are very excited ATD has decided to continue its business relationship with ML Realty Partners,” said Patrick Shannon, senior vice president at ML Realty Partners. “We are pleased that the property’s location benefits the well-known supplier of tires, wheels and supplies to the automotive market.”
The stable workforce of the area and proximity to I-55 and I-294 are among factors ATD chose to remain at this location. Chris Mason of Newmark Knight Frank represented ATD in the transaction.
