ML Realty Partners has announced the completion of a new, multi-tenant, rear-load industrial building in Glendale Heights, Illinois. Located at 760 East North Avenue, the building offers frontage and high visibility along North Avenue (Illinois Route 64) and is situated less than a mile from the North Avenue and I-355 full interchange.
ML Realty Partners acquired the 7.5-acre land parcel in the fall of 2019 and completed construction of the 115,924 square-foot industrial project in January 2021. Designed by Harris Architects and constructed by Meridian Design Build, the building features 32’ clear heights with 26 exterior truck docks, two drive-in doors, heavy auto parking and is currently available for lease.
