With two recently signed, full-building leases, ML Realty Partners announced Heritage Crossing in Lockport, Ill. is now fully occupied. The 2.5-million-square-foot business park along I-355 at 143rd St. features eight free-standing industrial buildings with clear heights from 30-40 feet and proximity to I-55 and I-80.
LG Electronics expanded within the park signing a new lease for 542,806 square feet in a 40-foot clear building at 14532 S. Gougar Rd., and Pitney Bowes Global Logistics signed a new lease for 363,224 square feet at 14746 S. Gougar Rd., bringing Heritage Crossing to 100 percent occupancy.
James Frank and Jason West of Cushman & Wakefield represented LG Electronics and Mike Cook and David Prell of CBRE represented Pitney Bowes. Dan Leahy, Mark Moran, and John Whitehead of NAI Hiffman represented ML Realty Partners on all eight of the properties.
