Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corporation acquired a new 153,000-square-foot industrial building at 747 Mill Park Drive in Lancaster, Ohio, at a purchase price of more than $17.8 million.
The property is net-leased for 10 years to Magna Seating of America, Inc., a division of Magna International. The building is situated on about 24.5 acres.
Vice president Mike Pence attended the ground-breaking ceremony of this industrial facility on July 30.
