Morgan / Harbour has recently completed a 16,256 square foot office build-out for Thatcher Technology Group located at 55 Shuman Boulevard in Naperville, Illinois.
Founded in 1999, Thatcher Technology Group is a leading provider of sales performance management software to the direct selling industry. The firm has relocated to the property at 55 Shuman Boulevard from another Naperville location. Morgan / Harbour was selected for the build-out which included the construction of private offices, conference rooms, a copy room and large break room. Features of the new space include open work areas, large clerestory windows and glass walls set in aluminum top and bottom channels to allow additional natural light into the space.
Morgan / Harbour’s construction team was led by Team Leader Clay Scheller, Project Manager John Becker, and Superintendent Kieran Towe. The DePalma Group provided the architectural services.
