Morgan/Harbour Construction has completed an office expansion and airplane hangar renovation on behalf of CNH Industrial.
Located at 2450 W. Air Lane in Waukegan, Morgan/Harbour was hired to complete the 4,830-square-foot build-out to the firm’s hangar within Waukegan Regional Airport. The project included the addition of general offices and maintenance areas for engineers and pilots, a break room, storage and a reception area.
“We are pleased to have been selected to complete the hangar renovations on behalf of CNH Industrial,” said Warren Seil, president of Morgan/Harbour. “Our experience constructing multiple hangars throughout the Chicago area enables us to draw upon our experience and resources to complete the projects on-time and within the budget.”
Ben Warriner, vice president of construction, led the project management team, which included Project Manager Dan Kohlsaat and Superintendent Keith Zagroba. Wright Heerema Architects handled the architectural services.
