Morgan/Harbour Construction has completed three build-out projects within Columbia Centre II located at 9450 W. Bryn Mawr in Rosemont on behalf of property owner, White Oak Realty Partners LLC, Pearlmark Realty Partners LLC and Angelo Gordon & Co.
The first project was a 7,600-square-foot build-out for Power Home Remodeling Group. The project featured the construction of two training rooms, offices, open work spaces and two conference rooms. Michael Constanzo was the project manager and Andrew MacMillan was the project superintendent for Morgan/Harbour. James D. Jordan Architects Ltd. provided the architectural services.
The full-service construction firm also completed a 3,000-square-foot build-out for consumer electronics and operating systems provider, Control4. The project included the construction of a training room and break room for use by the staff. Robert Papineau was the project manager for Morgan/Harbour and The Dobbins Group provided the architectural services.
Papineau also led the construction team in the 1,700-square-foot build-out for Hammortree Financial within the Columbia Centre II property. The renovations included the construction of private offices, open work areas and a conference room. The Dobbins Group again provided the architectural services.
The Columbia Centre office complex consists of three class A office buildings totaling 609,000 square feet and is located in Chicago’s O’Hare submarket along River Road and Bryn Mawr Avenue in Rosemont. Columbia Centre II consists of a seven-story office tower with an adjacent four-story parking garage. The building was completed in 1988 as the second phase of the Columbia Centre office complex and is designed with setbacks at the northwest and southeast corners on the sixth and seventh floors that create accessible terraces.
