Morgan / Harbour Construction has been selected to construct a 9,600-square-foot build-out on behalf of Lava Lamp, the original lava lamp manufacturer. Located at 1200 Thorndale Road in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, Morgan / Harbour will renovate the firm’s existing manufacturing and office areas. The full-service design/build general contractor was selected by the property’s ownership, Hamilton Partners. Construction is scheduled for completion in late Fall 2011.
Robert Papineau will be the project manager for Morgan / Harbour. The Jenkins Group is providing the architectural services and Nelson Design is the interior designer.
Morgan / Harbour Construction is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected to construct an office build-out on behalf of Parkway Properties at Chicago’s US Cellular Plaza (formerly CitiCorp Plaza) located at 8420 W. Bryn Mawr near O’Hare.
Morgan / Harbour has also selected by the property owner, Parkway Properties, to complete a build-out for AIM Consulting Group. The professional solutions service company is relocating to US Cellular Plaza and Morgan / Harbour was selected to complete their 4,300-square-foot office build-out. The renovations include the build-out of private offices, open work areas and a break room.
Noah Warriner and Tom Cunningham will be the project managers for Morgan / Harbour and Whitney will provide architectural services.
