Mosaic Construction, LLC recently completed a new office renovation project for Expansive at 790 N. Milwaukee St. in the downtown area of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
This latest project follows five other successful renovations Mosaic has performed for Expansive in downtown Chicago. Expansive’s flex workspace appeals to the growing number of companies returning to work and looking for smaller office suites with short-term space commitments in central downtown locations.
At Expansive Milwaukee, Cathedral Square, Mosaic Construction converted an approximately 4,500-square-foot, second-floor office space into four individual Club Suites, speculative suites with private offices and glass-enclosed conference rooms. The spaces accommodate a fully-connected, flexible working environment that appeals to companies with a hybrid workplace approach.
Mosaic eliminated existing walls and installed new HVAC, acoustical tile and ceiling grid, while also improving the spaces with new flooring, glass walls, and lighting fixtures throughout.
The six-story Class-B office building is located between the Milwaukee River and Milwaukee Bay, adjacent to Cathedral Square Park in the heart of East Town, and located off I-794 and I-43, across from the M-line light rail.
