Moss Construction and developer URBY completed the URBY Dallas Phase Two multifamily development in Dallas.

Moss completed Phase One of the project in 2023.

The combined cost of each project phase totals more than $215 million. URBY’s decision to engage Moss in both phases is a testament to the strong working relationship and mutual trust that developed throughout the partnership. URBY Dallas was designed by Amsterdam-based architect Concrete and local Dallas architect 5G Studio Collaborative.

With its modern design and high-end amenities, URBY Dallas’ newest addition is 28 stories and offers 364 luxurious residential units, retail space, and extensive parking across more than 300,000 square feet. Additional amenities include an oasis-style pool, fitness center, dog park and washing station, and a café.

This is the second of three high-rise towers URBY is planning for the site, totaling more than 1,000 units in the Design District.
