Jones Lang LaSalle has announced that its North Suburban Industrial Brokerage Team — Robin Stolberg and Kurt Sarbaugh — recently represented Barrett Moving & Storage in a new lease that will see the company move its Chicago-area headquarters from Waukegan to a more centralized location in Buffalo Grove.
The company signed a lease for approximately 57,000 square feet of space at 201 Hastings Drive, immediately north of Lake-Cook Road in Buffalo Grove.
Barrett, a Suddath Company and an affiliate of United Van Lines, currently has its Chicago-area location at 3831 Hawthorn Court in Waukegan.
