Minnesota Real Estate Journal and REJournals.com will hold their ninth annual Land Development Conference May 10 at the Golden Valley Country Club in Golden Valley, Minn.
Minnesota Real Estate Journal has applied for four hours of real estate and appraisal continuing education credits for the conference. it has also applied for 3.75 hours of CLE.
The conference will focus on the challenges and rewards of land development in today’s still-sluggish economy. The conference will present strategies on how developers can work effectively with municipalities and highlight the real opportunities for commercial development in today’s market.
The conference will also feature a market update and an update on the residential homebuilding market.
The conference will run from 8 a.m. until noon, and costs $79 for those who register before May 1. Those who register on or before May 9 will be charged $99. Admission is $129 at the door on the day of the event.
