Steve Bove, senior vice president of industrial sales and leasing at Cincinnati’s NAI Bergman, has been named among Cincinnati’s 2011 CoStar Power Brokers as a Top Industrial Leasing Agent.
CoStar Group is a commercial real estate research firm. This annual award highlights the achievements of the U.S. firms and individual brokers who closed the highest transaction volumes in commercial property sales or leases for the entire year of 2011 in their respective markets.
Bove qualified as one of the top commercial brokers in Cincinnati based on the total leasing transactions he closed during the year. In order to be selected for this honor, Bove was evaluated against other commercial real estate brokers active in the region by CoStar Group, and subsequently ranked among the top brokers in the market.
