It’s not easy to be a top-producing commercial broker in any market. But to succeed today when the commercial real estate market is still coming out of its doldrums? That takes real skill.
And that’s what David Metz, a broker with Cincinnati’s NAI Bergman, has.
This is no secret to his peers. NAI Bergman named Metz its broker of the year during a Jan. 18 awards dinner held in Montgomery, Ohio.
“Not only is a Dave a fine broker and an asset to his clients, he has been an award-winning top contributer to NAI Bergman during the last 10 years,” said Laurence Bergman, president and chief executive officer of NAI Bergman, in a written statement.
Like many top-producing brokers, Metz has found time to contribute to his community. Bergman says that the broker has coached with youth sports porgrams for several years and has been a busy supporter of a scholarship program for students in need at William Henry Harrison High School in Harrison, Ohio.
Metz specializes in investment properties, land and development, sales and leasing of national retail operations, chain stores and mid-box retailers. His clients include such big names as WalMart, Menards, Dunkin Donuts, British Petroleum, Sun-Coke Energy, Carespring Healthcare Management and Meyer Douglas Builders.
