Dawn Davis, an advisor with NAI Greywolf, represented the seller, Brodhead Assisted Living, in the sale of a residential/skilled nursing seniors housing facility in Brodhead, Wisconsin, to AJ Brodhead LLC.
Davis secured a buyer for the 26,840-square-foot vacant property. The property, at E401 23rd St., includes two dining rooms, skylights throughout the building, a beauty shop, therapy room, library/conference room and an area used as a country store.
The building, which closed last summer, is a 37-unit facility intended to be used as an assisted-living facility.
