NAI Hiffman has announced the addition of Terry Herlihy to its Industrial Services group. Most recently, Herlihy was with Cawley Chicago Commercial Real Estate Company. As a senior associate with NAI Hiffman, he will be based at the firm’s Oakbrook Terrace headquarters.
Completing lease and sale transactions in excess of $10 million over the last 15 months, Herlihy will remain committed to servicing his clients in the O’Hare, West Cook, North DuPage, and I-90 submarkets.
His client base and solutions experience includes private owners, institutional clients, and Fortune 100 companies including Westmount Realty Capital LLC, Speedway LLC, Windstar Inc, AVC Tech, JK Global, and Max Cargo, among others.
