NAI Hiffman vice president Brian Edgerton represented higher education client, National Louis University (NLU), in its office lease renewal at the Corporetum Office Campus. Owner LNR Partners, LLC was represented by Darren Rogow, director of leasing at Friedman Real Estate.
Located at 850 Warrenville Road in Lisle, Illinois, Corporetum Office Campus has served NLU’s west suburban students since 2004 and currently offers undergraduate and graduate coursework in various program majors including education, business, human services and counseling. The property was constructed in 1985 and renovated in 2006.
NLU prides itself on access for all students, particularly those who commute, and this campus’ location near the intersection of I-88 and Illinois Route 53 and a short drive from Metra services reflects that. Marty Mickey, vice president, finance at NLU, indicated that the university was pleased to renew its lease at the Lisle facility which provides an outstanding facility from which the university can deliver its programs and curriculum.
