Chicago-area brokerage NAI Hiffman is now occupying a full floor of space for its headquarters in the One Oakbrook Terrace building in Oakbrook Terrace, Ill.

NAI Hiffman has occupied space in the building, located at the intersection Butterfield Road and 22nd Street, for more than 10 years. The new lease consolidates NAI Hiffman’s brokerage, management, marketing and research and accounting services onto an entire floor, taking up more than 20,000 square feet.

One Oakbrook Terrace’s institutional owner has recently completed several capital improvements to the building, including a new food service and tenant lounge, conference facility and refreshed lobby.

Jim Adler and Michael Flynn, executive vice presidents with NAI Hiffman’s office services group, represented NAI Hiffman in the transaction. Brian Edgerton of NAI Hiffman represented the institutional owner.
