NAI Hiffman has represented American Realty Advisors in four transactions totaling nearly 29,000 square feet of office space in Oak Brook.

Bank of America, Millennium Pharmacy Systems and Edelman Financial Services made up three transactions at Oak Brook Regency Towers. Oak Brook Regency Towers is located at 1415-1515 W. 22nd St., on the southeast corner of IL-83 and West 22nd Street, directly across the street from Oakbrook Center. The 441,720-square-foot property is currently 93 percent leased with available suites ranging in size from 1,092 to 17,289 square feet. Its amenities include Tuscany restaurant, a full-service conference facility, on-site deli, sundry store and a new fitness center.

“Aside from the prime location and amenities of Oak Brook Regency Towers, the renewal and expansion activity speaks highly of American Realty Advisors who is dedicated to maintaining premier assets,” said Patrick Kiefer, executive vice president of NAI Hiffman’s office services group.

Also in Oak Brook, at 1900 Spring Road, American Realty Advisors signed a new lease with Telephone USA bringing the building’s occupancy to 89 percent leased. Available suites range in size from 1,632 to 5,600 square feet. On-site amenities include a tenant lounge, food service, retail banking and a conference facility.

Kiefer represented American Realty Advisors in all four transactions. Kevin Rogers of CBRE represented Bank of America; Dan Obiala of Advocate Commercial Real Estate represented Millennium Pharmacy; Ben Erskine of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Edelman Financial; and Dave Hamilton of Tenant Advisors represented Telephone USA.
