USPack Logistics, LLC, a provider of same-day logistics solutions, will occupy 79,504 square feet at the building. Located in the I-55 Corridor, 5 Greenwood Avenue is a new industrial complex that was completed in early 2018. The property features four drive-in doors, a 32-foot clear height and easy access to Interstates 55 and 355. The complex is currently 57 percent leased with 60,605 square feet of divisible space.
