NAI Hiffman represented Special Olympics Illinois in its new lease for 5,905 square feet of furnished office space in Lombard.
The space is located within a 40,500-square-foot building at 500 Waters Edge, just west of Finley Road. Special Olympics Illinois will use the space for its northern regional office; the building was selected due to its central location, furniture and first floor presence providing convenience for its frequent deliveries.
Aubrey VanReken, vice president of NAI Hiffman’s office services group, represented Special Olympics Illinois in the transaction. Caroline Colnon of Golub & Company represented ownership, Oak Creek Center TT LLC.
