NAI Hiffman represented TA Associates Realty in its lease renewal with pharmaceutical company, Coram LLC, for 32,059 square feet of office space in Mount Prospect. This is the fourth transaction for Coram, which took initial occupancy in the building in 2001.
The space is part of the Kensington Business Center located at 1471 Business Center Drive. The building offers large open floor plans, training classrooms, lunchrooms, storage, warehouse availability and ample parking. Approximately 26,000 square feet of flex/office space remains available for lease.
