Jamie Adams, vice president, and J.L. Cannady, senior associate, of NAI Isaac recently brokered the sale of a 16,930-square-foot industrial facility at 904 N. Broadway in Lexington, Kentucky, to MetroNet.
Based in Evansville, Indiana, MetroNet recently completed construction of a 100-percent fiber optic network in Lexington, earning the city the title of largest Gigabit City in the United States. MetroNet will utilize the North Broadway location as a base for expanding its services throughout the Central Kentucky region.
Adams and Cannady represented MetroNet during the sale. The pair also represented the seller, Thoroughbred Properties.
