NAI Isaac has brokered the sale of the 47,818-square-foot Idle Hour Shopping Center in Lexington, Ken., to a private investor.
Bruce Isaac, senior vice president, and Jim Kemper, vice president, both with NAI Isaac, represented the seller, Glamis Idle Hour LLC.
NAI Isaac will now work as the leasing and management representative for the new owners.
