J.L. Cannady, senior associate, and Jamie Adams, vice president, of NAI Isaac recently announced the lease of a 1,950-square-foot retail space to Comfort Independent Living at 120-126 Langley Drive in Nicholasville, Kentucky.
Comfort Independent Living provides services to those who wish to remain living in their own home with some assistance.
The new retail center, located in Brannon Crossing, has proved particularly attractive to retailers, with two other leases secured since the beginning of the year.
