NAI Isaac recently brokered the sale of a more than 7,000-square-foot retail condo at the 500s on Main development in Lexington, Ken., to CDHP Holdings, LLC.
The Penguin Dueling Piano Bar leases the majority of this retail condo space.
The 500s on Main is an upscale retail/office development in Lexington’s central business district. The development boasts a location directly across from Lexington’s Convention Center, Rupp Arena and Triangle Park.
Al Isaac, president of NAI Isaac, and Jamie Adams, associate, handled the transaction for the seller, Fifth Third Bank.
