NAI Issac shared that two of its Lexington, Kentucky-based team members celebrate anniversaries with the firm this year.
Laura Black, assistant property manager with NAI Isaac Commercial Properties, celebrates 16 years. Black has been with NAI Isaac Commercial Properties since 2000. She is a licensed real estate agent and has worked in commercial and residential property management since 1997. She currently assists the property management division with positive tenant and vendor relations, construction and maintenance project coordination and general administrative support.
Jim Holbrook, associate with NAI Isaac Commercial Properties, celebrates 10 years. Holbrook has been with NAI Isaac Commercial Properties since 2006. He is a licensed real estate agent and has been in the commercial real estate field since 1999, managing and leasing office, retail and industrial use space.
Holbrook joined NAI Isaac as a Senior Property Manager. He continues to manage retail properties part-time in addition to his role as a sales and leasing agent. Holbrook specializes in tenant representation and the sale and leasing of office and industrial real estate.
