NAI Martens brokered the sale of the Farm Credit Bank Building in Wichita, Kansas.
Kris Wessel and Grant Glasgow of NAI Martens represented the buyer, while Tom Johnson and Patrick Ahern, also of Martens, represented the seller.
Delano Investment LLC purchased the 257,364-square-foot building at 245 N. Waco from CoBank.
