NAI Mid-Michigan brings fourth Peak Performance to Lansing area

Peak Performance Physical Therapy has entered into a long-term lease for 4,884 square feet at Mason Town Center at 132 S. Cedar St. in Mason, Michigan.

This expansion is Peak Performance Physical Therapy’s fourth clinical location in the Greater Lansing Area with the other three sites located in DeWitt on Schavey Road, in Okemos on Grand River Avenue and on Lansing’s west side on Westshire Drive.

Peak Performance Physical Therapy also has two athletic training locations at Lansing Community College and Great Lakes Christian College.

Nick Vlahakis, Principal with NAI Mid-Michigan, represented the landlord in the transaction and previously worked placing Peak Performance Physical Therapy in the DeWitt Shopping Center, Peak’s third clinical location.

The new locaion will be open in Mason by the end of summer 2020.
