NAI MLG closes several commercial transactions in Wisconsin

Milwaukee’s NAI MLG Commercial recently closed several transactions in Wisconsin.

Summit Credit Union has purchased one acre of vacant land, part of the Spring City Commerce Center in Waukesha, Wis. Jack Jacobson and Charles Redjinski of NAI MLG Commercial represented the buyer in the transaction.

DAB Investments, LLC has sold 13,294 square feet located in Germantown, Wis., to Wisconsin Lutheran Child Service, Inc.  Charlotte Zurn and Rachel Schmidt of NAI MLG represented DAB Investments, LLC in the transaction.

230 W Boden Street LLC has sold 8,177 square feet located in Milwaukee to Sheehy Enterprises, Inc.  Adam Matson and Brett Garceau of NAI MLG Commercial represented Sheehy Enterprises, Inc., and Steve Sewart of Inland Companies represented 230 W Boden Street LLC.
