Industrial parts-manufacturer Gentec, LLC recently leased 8,949 square feet in Menomonee Falls, Wis., from Megal Development Corporation. Stephen Provancher of Milwaukee’s NAI MLG Commercial represented Gentec in the transaction.
Gentec is moving its corporate operations from Port Washington, Wis. The company plans to begin operating from the Menomonee Falls location by November.
