Omaha-based NAI NP Dodge brokers Julia Roberts and Bryan Hartmann recently listed three lots within the Riverfront Place development, located at the foot of the Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge between the Missouri River and Riverfront Drive in Omaha.
The three lots are zoned mixed-use, which opens them to a range of uses. Possible tenants include (but are not limited to) professional services, architects, creative services and restaurants.
“If you want a unique location with spectacular views in Omaha, this is where you need to be,” said Hartmann, who has worked on several Omaha and Sarpy County developments. “This is a place you are going to want to bring your clients.”
The lots are within walking distance to TD Ameritrade Ball Park and the Century Link Center. Neighbors include Gallup University to the north, and the LEED Gold Certified National Park Service Building and Conagra Campus to the south.
Riverfront Place is currently home to 107 luxury condos, which range in price between $200,000 and $1.5 million.
