Omaha-based NAI NP Dodge brokers Deb Graeve and Julia Roberts were selected to list the former Borders building in Omaha, a 28,596-square-foot building located at 7205 Dodge Street. Borders closed its three metro-area locations in 2011.
“This is prime retail space on one of Omaha’s busiest corners” said Graeve, vice president at NAI NP Dodge. “More than 90,000 vehicles drive by every day, which is a significant amount for Omaha.”
Possible tenants include (but are not limited to) banks, retail stores, credit unions and offices. Roberts noted that the planned redevelopment for Crossroads Mall will further increase the property value.
“Exciting things are happening in this area of Omaha,” Roberts said. “It really is a prime location.”
